At Rise Counseling & Wellness Group, our clinicians are focused on helping you rise to your full potential using a strengths-based and holistic approach to wellness. Our goal is to help you implement realistic strategies that support your goals.

We are an In Network Provider with Maryland Medicaid and Cigna Health Insurance.

We are also an Out of Network Provider for all other insurances. We provide our clients with a superbill (detailed receipt) to submit to their insurance for reimbursement.

Our Out of Network Rates and Self Pay rates are:

Initial Evaluation: $190

53-60 minute individual session: $150

45 minute individual session: $125

45 minute family session: $140

We offer specialized individual and family therapy for a variety of different experiences to include:

*Parents/caregivers struggling with caregiver stress

*Helping professionals dealing with burn out, interpersonal relationships and anxiety

*High achieving athletes at the High School and Collegiate Level

*Teenagers coping with life transitions

*Individuals with a history of trauma

*Children with symptoms of ADHD, difficult behaviors, OCD, anxiety and depression
